This deep, rich single-estate Ceylon (Sri Lanka) black tea yields a smooth finish - with or without milk. It's hard to over brew this forgiving tea.

Ceylon teas have always enamored the French, and this Flowery Pekoe Grade from the St. Coombs Estate in the Dimbula region is a favorite!

Add milk if you wish. After all, it was the French who taught their English cousins to put milk into their tea.

Lovely black tea

As someone else wrote, this tea is like a higher quality Lipton black tea. It's smooth and lighter than English Breakfast tea and has such a beautiful color. I drink this when I want something stronger than green tea, but not as full-bodied as English Breakfast. I imagine it would make really good iced tea.
